Wireless download photo and video is quite slow, you can also use this App with USB cable to sync files on GoPro. * Compatible with GoPro HERO 2/3/4/5/6/7, GoPro Session 4/5 * If your camera is currently frozen, try to reset the camera by holding the MODE button for 10 seconds (hold the top SHUTTER button on the HERO Session / HERO4 Session). If the camera does not prompt a reset, remove and then reinsert the battery to get it unstuck.
